Do Not Call Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
5 Point Capital is committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights to privacy. We use the telephone as one important way to stay in contact with our clients and potential clients in the community. Because strong relationships are at the core of our success—and in compliance with state and federal laws—it is our policy not to make sales-related telephone calls to anyone who has expressed a desire not to receive such calls.
This includes individuals registered with state or federal “Do Not Call” lists, as well as those who have directly informed us that they do not wish to be contacted by phone.
Our Policy Includes:
- Written procedures and training for all relevant team members.
- Regular consultation of the National and State Do Not Call Registries, as well as our own internal Do Not Call list.
- Prompt honoring of all consumer requests to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
How to Submit a Do Not Call Request:

Please include your full name, mailing address, and telephone number(s) you would like to add to our Do Not Call list.
Requests will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. Your number(s) will remain on our internal Do Not Call list for five (5) years, unless you request otherwise. If your contact information changes or you wish to add another number, please notify us.
Important Notes:
- Federal and state regulations allow companies to contact individuals with whom they have an established business relationship. For example, if you have worked with 5 Point Capital in the past 18 months, we may still contact you regarding your account or related opportunities, even if you are on a Do Not Call registry.
- Calls may also be made if you have provided express written consent.
